What make and model of air rifle pellet would work best for extended long range, small game hunting?

What makes these pellets the best for such hunt??? Why are they that good and just what happened to the small game when you got in a good, super far away shot with your scope??? Thanks for the details...What make and model of air rifle pellet would work best for extended long range, small game hunting?
I used to use an unlimited pump airgun, Sharp's Inova out to about 30 yards. For the rabbits I was shooting that was all I was comfortable with. A shot to the head/neck gives a soft thud and they fall over dead. Nothing spectacular. Even with a 1000fps 22 shots beyond about 40 yards just weren't on the cards for me, at longer ranges you need too precise a range estimate and you need to be religious about memorizing your ballistics. I stayed closer and got the long range targets when the bunnies came home.

I have seen a fox killed at 15 yards with a head shot from an air rifle, but I wasn't happy with the shooter and I wouldn't try it myself.
H%26amp;N Barracuda pellets, by the way, sold here as Beeman Kodiak. Solid enough to survive being fired at 1000 fps but not too heavy to give a reasonable trajectory.

I only use RWS pellets in my RWS gun. Cheaper brands are smaller diameter, and do not fire well in my rifle. I would go with their pointed pellet for long range, as air resistance would be less.

You'll probably get a lot of people telling you just not to take long shots, but you and I both know that long range for an air rifle is different than long range for a centerfire rifle. I keep my shots under 50'.What make and model of air rifle pellet would work best for extended long range, small game hunting?
i varies a lot on the gun and the game. Do some experiments wit beer cans and so forth.
