What are the easies wii games to play? hunting and fishing games?

We are getting the kids a wii for Christmas. My daughter is 9 and my son is 5. My son is the one which concerns me. He is physically challenged and has only two fingers (lobster claw) on his right hand and only one finger on his left. He is very capable of doing lots of things. Here's my question for all you experienced WII players (we have never played a WII), what would be the easiest games for him to play? He loves hunting and fishing, so we are looking into some of the cabela's hunting games. Do these have levels of intensity on them? And if you have ever played the hunting games, in your opinion would they be hard for him to play?

well, wii play has a fishing and target shooting game that are easy, but there kind of boring. As for the cabellas games, im not sure if he'd be able to manage them, because you have to use the wiimote and the nunchuk
