Ps2 and ps3 and xbox hunting games?

why dont they make a hunting game were you can manage land like in real life or buy tractors, leases, guns,deer stands and other stuff. this would make hunting games much more enjoyablePs2 and ps3 and xbox hunting games?
they have some cabellos dangerous hunts 2009 game but as far as buyin tractors and shii i don't know about all that..
They probably should do something like that to make it more realistic. Me personally, I would find it a bit boring to play a video game where I'm in a stand waiting and waiting for the eventually shot. I'm guessing others probably feel the same. Because most people wouldn't play hunting games. They would much rather play FPS.
