I'm not sure what you mean by hunting games but I think that Metroid Prime 2 Echoes might be a hunting games. About gun games there's the 007:nightfire, 007:everything or nothing, Goldeneye Rouge agent, medal of honor:European assault, call of duty 1 and 2, and many others I can't remember now.
