Not unless you're hunting dinosaurs, vampires, or zombies. There are few light gun games for the PS2. Therefore there are complete lists of all the games that use the light gun peripheral. Unless the list is inaccurate, there are no hunting games for the ps2 that use a light gun.
I have most of these games, and have found this list to be complete and accurate.
